I will find the time to do a lead sheet like I did for ‘I just can’t stop loving you’ but for now you can look at the transcription from GarageBand here: andrewgoodman.me/Valerie/ looking at me play and following the sheet music you should be able to work it out. It's basically a wind tunnel in its side. It's not just the cost to build, but the ongoing running costs must be substantial. They built this into the existing MK building, so that probably made it cheaper, but it's go to be a £5-10 million to build. To get air flowing at terminal velocity is going to put the bills up! I reckon they use £500k+ per year of electricity.
