Does this increase enemeies or their health?. The game was already incredibly easy to the point I 100% it on accident, two players would be op to the point it'd be boring.

Yeah the freedom that comes with a PC vs a console is what sold it for me, that and games generally tend to look/run better if you have the specs for it.
