Great video. Did you have to degas the pistol before removing the barrel? If you swapped caliper from .22 to .177, do you need anything else except the barrel?

I did the same. Also 3d printed an 8mm disc. 0.6mm thick. Superglued onto face of the hinge. Where the two halves of the stock meet when unfolded. Eliminates any movement at the joint.

my .25 even at 500 fps sometimes ricochets and makes the pheeeeew sound like the cowboy movies

I know this is an older video , that screw you are talking about is your adjustment screw for the trigger. I also noticed your barrel looks like it is not fitted far enough into your breech block.

I have a Tuned XS78(11.99lbs ft2 on an ambient day), it's just the same with different letters, & I know just how far I can shoot with it, & it is nowherefuckingnear the distance that scope covers, & it cost me nothingfuckinglike the price of that scope. I'm in the UK & we are limited to 12lbs ft2(there is No such thing as Foot Pounds, a salesman made it up so people would think he knew what he was talking about), so this is really all the gun you ever need for a bit of plinking & vermin control, any others for the same purpose are just for the name, competition shooting yes, but for everyday use, they are No better, & it's not because I'm skint, I buy & sell customer returns & some are into the £ thousands, but they don't hit any harder, they don't travel any faster or further, because the power is the same, & they aren't any more accurate either, SMK are trying to be the best they can be within a realistic budget, & I can put as much meat on the table with my XS as most can do with a rifle that costs 20x+ more, & that is ridiculous if you can afford thousands of £ for an everyday gun then you can afford to buy meat. I went to Muerica for work(& some Crossbow hunting) I took one of my compounds & Old Faithful, my £70 Jaguar, & the bastards laughed at me, the string on my compound went, so I used my back up, I was the only one to get 2 deer & a pig, these guys with state of the art, super fuking expensive gear that weighed about as much as a car lost out to a Brit with The Cheapest Crossbow of anyfuckinguse that money can buy, the moral is, if you are capable, then all you need is a Half Decent rifle & a little bit of talent, SMK are not growing & growing because they produce shit, they are growing because they produce a Reasonable Quality Product at a Price you can afford, & with a little bit of talent from you, it Can do anyfuckingthing & everyfuckingthing that any rifle from any company at any price can do in the UK.

Ah the end of another season so many good memories ! Sometimes it makes me think at my age will I even be here next year for the next season ?!

They are a very accurate pistol, well worth the money! My registered gun smith adjusted my trigger for me, he said he had it firing, over the chronograph at 14 lbs which is illegal in Britain. He quickly turned it back to legal 6lbs
