Thank you! The previous user of the switch I had already done a reset and so already had renamed a config.text to a config.old so when I did it nothing changed and the switch wasn’t reset even though I thought it should of. It was only after watching your video that when you refresh (issue the “dir flash:” command a second time) and you showed that the config.text was gone (because it was then replaced with config.old) that I realized that I needed to give the config.text a different name instead of config.old so that the config.text disappears. Thanks again! 🙏
