Also unfortunately all the legal drugs are by far the hardest ones to quit. Alcohol, tobacco and benzo's take about a year and a half of sheer will power to get rid of the dependency. Nicotine took me more than a year with random crying, extreme alcohol ingestion, and constant brain fog. That shit is crazy bad. Quite cocaine? No problem at all, just a tiny bit of will power.
