it's a pity the echo in the room affects your explanations and the audio in recordings is not well audible. Otherwise, it would be nice to know your relations with Florence and its culture. I say it as a Florentine.

I thought that Dvořak 6 symphony is similar to his serenade for strings. The last movement mostly. Serenade for strings was written in 1875 before Brahms 2 symphony in 1877...So question is whether Dvořak was inspired by Dvořak, or by Brahms or maybe both. But serenade for strings is not symphony so Symphony number 6 is related to Brahms. But I am not musician.
