Would be interesting to hear your opinion on the use of focused ultrasound or transcranial direct current stimulation to target sub-cortical regions(these are where most lesions in MS are, close to the ventricles). A downside of rTMS of course is it only being able to target the cortex. tDCS can be used at home and is a lot cheaper, this used in conjunction with brain training and physical exercise could give a larger combinational affect on remyelinating the brain. It would have been interesting to hear more about remyelination in particular - especially on the effect of electrically stimulating oligodendrocytes.

It’s also helpful with chronic pain.

I hear good feedback from a few PWMS here in NZ. When/If I hit 65, and get the 50% increase in income, treatments and diets to 'help' me or my MS will be possible. I appreciate that the course is free, I just wish Kiwis in NZ were treated as well as Aussies in Aus. by the respective governments and agencies. Disabled people (unless caused by skiing, driving etc) are at the bottom of society in NZ, and generally have less lives than prisoners in terms of food, social activities, counselling, etc.
