Omegachad progression: pick a lift and go pedal to the metal on it a la buges. Rotate lift when maxed or you get bored. Do this for years. Congratulations you can now horsecock a whole ass house around.

the strongman lifts look so fun man! try a dumbbell lift to shoulder press, or an atlas stone.

Can I just do heavy sandbags like this? (Sandbag to shoulder) instead of doing squats and deadlifts?
@JakeSemeniuk3 ай бұрын
Depends on goals. If you want to be a powerlifter, definitely not. But if you just wanna be strong as hell, this is gonna make you unconventionally strong. Any odd object lifting will make you “farmer strong”

@@JakeSemeniuk do you think it builds solid legs though? If you were too only do these?
@JakeSemeniuk3 ай бұрын
@@jackshaw557 probably not like squats and leg press, leg extensions do. But they will build some muscle, you can always just squat with a sandbag
