Omegachad progression: pick a lift and go pedal to the metal on it a la buges. Rotate lift when maxed or you get bored. Do this for years. Congratulations you can now horsecock a whole ass house around.

Depends on goals. If you want to be a powerlifter, definitely not. But if you just wanna be strong as hell, this is gonna make you unconventionally strong. Any odd object lifting will make you “farmer strong”
