I can understand you don't like it. I rather listen to reviewers that know the capability of the bike. You can fine-tune the bike assist (% support) based on your condition. It seems you run it always max power assist. Lucky I learned it from other KZbinrs.

"I have barely done anything to come here": Well, its not the bikes fault its yours. Why do you turn on the motor if you dont need it? If you dont need it, just turn it off. Let it assist you, when you go uphill and you really need it. Its 13 kg, you can ride this bike perfectly without any battery left. So, you didn understand the thinking behind this e really lightweight e bikes.

I have a Creo as I suffer with fatigue due to a brain injury. You can definitely do a short ride with no sweat but you would drain the battery really quickly. There is also an app that comes with it and you can set it up to control the amount of assistance to try and keep your heart rate level this means nearly no assistance on flats and then it starts to help you more as you climb. (I usually ride between 150-160 BPM). Having a Creo means I can get out and do rides without massively suffering with fatigue but also keeps me fit.

You don’t feel the noise of the engine at all…. But the audio in the video picks it up too much…

I own on, love it and I only hear the motor (there is no engine on this bike) when in the top assist (turbo) level. I almost always ride in the eco mode so I get a much better workout. Riding in eco is like it I was riding a 15lb super expensive road bike.

It's lovely near there (my little sister grew up there). The original plan was to go through there and up Box Hill, but due to waiting out the rain we didn't quite go that far. But good to know for future passport applications 😉 Hope you're well after having to be in isolation as well.

It certainly feels good, even with a few minor injuries and colds during the autumn. That mid-ride shower was well needed to keep me cool for a few more mins though! I'm hoping you'll be back on the bike and smashing power records soon!

Started on Sweet Spot Base Low Volume 1. In my rest week now, so the next ramp test will be next week (or at the weekend if I feel up for it)! Still nervous after how it felt last time, but I am confident that the training has been effective at least. Totally agree about your thoughts on live FTP being mostly positive but also about HR being misleading and sometimes off putting.

With the forecast rain for this week, it might just be a very short vlog about how indoor riding is best year-round in Gothenburg 😒 But yes, a trail ride is needed, but only if you promise to do another spectacular crash so I don't look so rubbish when you ride twice as fast as I do on the trails 😉
