I disagree. Yea they’ll have more fun but they’ll have more fun doing things wrong and then you spend extra time reigning them in to coach instead of having structure

Awesome guys. Awesome drill recognizing 4 minutes fresh only. Good job. How about getting the ball to the shooter, the instant his feet hits the shooting mark/spot on the floor? Much quicker shot to beat the D. Way to go guys.

thats highly unlike due to there being no realistic overload of the muscle besides fatigue due to there being no resistance applied to the muscle so there will be no muscle hypertrophy

All soccer players needs something like that cuz their shots are waaaay bad, 20% of aprove at max, 1 pro skater has more capabilities than 21 soccer players. (Im talking as a Brazilian, Europeans are a little better but sucks the same way, cus they dont need to be that good.

I’m at the beginning stages of choosing a home shooting machine for our family and The Gun is on our list of products to consider. What I do not like about your website is that it doesn’t provide a minimum “starting at” price. I am familiar with your products from gyms we’ve used and I’m not a the type of person who needs to be “sold” on a product because I conduct thorough research. ACC if you really want to be greater than you are research, Jackie Stiles of SMS a truly really really great great ball player unfortunately injuries ended her career her practice per day 1000 shots per day, broke her right hand her shooting hand used her left hand and average 25 points. How many freaking ball players could do that, researcher one of the grades of all time
