knee to knee and half squat is the best way to teach two foot jump technique then it’s preference with heel to toe jumping or toe to heal

@@spazzinoffdabak Actually, half “squat” jumpers are speed jumpers and there are athletes (like myself) that have a deeper “squat” when they jump and those are power jumpers so that’s not necessarily something you can teach because it varies for everyone. Landing heel to toe with your plant foot is what I normally suggest and I’m not sure what toe to heel would even look like to be honest!

i used to be really weak at bench pressing, my max was 135 lbs for so many years, once my core got stronger like you said in one of your videos, i was able to get it up to 175 lbs since i weight in the 160-170 lbs range. next year i my goal is get up to 200

I was 5’7”- 5’9” from freshman to senior in high school and could dunk( 2 handed). The trick is get a “quick” take off and have strong legs. Great video bro. I also did most of these exercises, it also helped with jump kicks in taekwondo 😊

In 3 weeks , I touched rim, I'm 5'9 200.... but did power cleans 225 everyday 6 times (my hardest every 6) after all the stretching exercises When u dunk come at it from the side ... better chance 💯
