And to also determine when stocks should be ordered. We need it to determine how much stock should be ordered. A good example of this is a fuel gauge. Factors that impact max-min levels are; 1.) Age of program 2.) Cost of storage 3.) Cost of production In Nigeria, the minimum stock level of AIDS is two months of stock. Maximum is four months of stock Emergency is two weeks of stock
