Hey, thank you for making this video. I just bought the new Smith and wesson carry comp metal, and I purchased the 507 comp. I definitely want to buy the optics cover for it because my only issue with the 507 is the window is extremely close to the front of the frame

Thought I was getting a deal on a dark side…realized after winning I got the wrong gun….turns out….i got the right one. Put a comp on it and it fires like a dream. I think the difference in optic mount vs the Rival is my only bummer. This big beast deserves a full size RmR not a shield cc or rmrcc. But that is just a taste issue. What a tack driver!

Will the olight PL-3R Valkyrie Olight PL-Pro Valkyrie Fit on the Canik Mete SF? Which olight model did you have on your gun?

I have put the PL-3R on the sf yes it will fit. I just don’t have a holster for that setup so I use the baldr R with my werkz holster

After looking at many guns for my first purchase I settled on the Mete SFx. I was amazed by how well I was shooting and how accurate it is. Took the misses out to the range as she just applied for her license and we shot a few different 9 mm. She loved the Canik over the Walther, Berrata and HK VP 9. I think this will be the perfect choice on size and performance. Thanks for the review brother 👊🏼🇺🇸

I have the sfx pro and it’s my favorite to shoot I got the sf looking for a better carry edc and it shoots just as good plus I can use the sfx mags so it’s a win win thanks for watching 🫡

@@WvGeneral looks like I am throwing this in the mix for my wife. A few of the gun shops were all pushing small guns and don’t think she would like shooting them. And after seeing she definitely enjoyed the gun the smaller version is perfect. 👍🏼

What I realize is if I have to use any if my expensive firearms they will be taken by law enforcement. I carry the ones that are reliable but not super expensive Nice video! I have a rival and order the tti combat but now I want another canik already lol 😂

All off those magazines for the Mete series will fit and function in the Mete MC9 as well taking it from 12 to 20.. The Mete MC9 is in direct competition with the Glock 26. No other gun manufacturer has challenged Glock in this way. Awesome job Canik!!!!

I like when they say "glock killer" yet glock is used in 60+ countries by military, police and government branches for years now. Canik is only used by the Turkish Air Force. Not even the Turkish Special forces/Commandos use Caniks. When you buy a Canik, you get your money's worth, but to say its a glock killer is just stupid.

Optic is the vortex ccw defender footprint RMSc one of the plates that the canik comes with just works for it I have had any problems

Caniks normally eat what ever you load them with, aside from someone needing to change the spring that is, I see that mentioned in reviews , supposedly canik fixes you up quickly if you have the issue. Thanks for the trigger demo, exactly what I was looking for. I once modified several Glock holsters to accept a tp9-sfx , the difference between an sfx and a Glock 19 I believe it’s that Glock model, anyway, the canik is a little bit taller from the bottom of the trigger guard to the top of the slide. It’s an issue for some holsters .

Not sure but I think the cover is meant for easy acquisition of the red dot and if you keep both eyes open your brain fills in what is blocked by the cover. Anyway I just got one for a 507k.

I have a m70, power to weight ratio is all wrong even for the harder hitting 7.62x39. For a 5.56, it makes no sense. Wayyy heavier than an AR and wayy less accurate as well. Whats the benefit? I got a wbp jack which is much lighter and makes sense in 7.62x39. If i sold guns, I'd sell the zastava. 5.56 aks just make no pactical sense.

mag compatibility is just horrendous amongst AKs and it's something i've gotten used to it at this point. Most mags can be fit to work, sometimes hardly at all.

I been using polish (fb & wbp) and circle 10 Bulgarian mags in my m90 with no problems. I did take a jewelers file to the mag release catch and cleaned it up some. That made a world of difference

I've heard the term "Glock killer" so many times over the years but there is no such thing. As long as they make them, people will buy them. That being said, I also shoot Canik but have also owned many Glock's. I love Canik and it's great value for money but they still have some ways to go before catching up to Glock's reputation for reliability.

And on red dots or holographic optics like the eotech you’re gonna have a better reaction time and on the red dots do the tape trick cover the front of the glass of the eotech with some blue tape some weak you should be able to see your target red dot might be a bit like faint but that’s okay that’s how it’s supposed to look you gonna get fast if you already shooting pretty good you gonna be fire bro
