i know this video is a year old, but a pet store sold me my baby 4 month old pig. she was pregnant. i was away I didn't know I just thought she was a fucking fatass like my 5 year old pig, she had it when none of us were home and it was the BIGGEST shock of my life.

I remember when our Crystal gave birth to her three. We pulled her out first to weigh her and immediately she started screaming for the pups. I had to hurry to get them weighed to reunite them. She’s an amazing Mother

I just spent over 3K on my girl Winter. And she ended up passing anyhow. I am devestated. I still have one girl, Frosty. You can get insurance on them whu h is a big help.

My Girlie just gave birth this morning. ❤ this was very helpful. Gave birth to 2 healthy piglets🥰 is there anything else for caring and what to do after birth? The daddy(Carmellow) has been really clingy to mommy(Snicki) . I separated the daddy from them using an extra grid to divide their enclosure..

My littles are 3,weeks old today. What’s the easiest way to transition the mail away from the mother and his sister without stressing him out or causing a Loneliness?

If you can put him with another boar (his dad or if he has a male sibling). If neither are possible put him in a cage close to his mother and sister so he doesn’t feel completely alone. If rehoming him keep him in a cage near the others and that should help him until then. I hope this is helpful 😊

Should you separate a female guinea while she is in labor from the male?

Yes definitely! As soon as she has the babies she can get pregnant again 😊. I would seperate the male personally so that the female is comfortable in her environment she’s used to x

Well. 1. They're too cute however they are addictive.... 2. They could smell so keep that in mind 3. They're vegan so they don't believe in eating meat. 🤭

I thought it was extremely difficult to know the sex of a baby guinea pig until they're 2 to 3 weeks old. After giving the babies a couple of days, I just wanted to see what sex they were and I could not tell until around about 2 and a half weeks. The whole reason as to why I had babies is because a male I got was actually female

me and my Guinea pig. My mom thought my Guinea pig was a male and then a female so we got a female Guinea pig after for companionship and then….yeah we got babies, my mom was not happy about that

Looks amazing! They're so lucky so have all that space. Incase you wasn't sure how to do it. For more storage, connect all the grids at the bottom, extend the left side wall where the boxes are and make a shelf too. This also gives the top more structure. I've done this in the past and it's so much better

Do you find you have to refill the water bottles many times throughout the day with the hurd of 7? Also just an FYI diffusers and candles shouldn't be in the same room as a Guinea Pig as their respiratory system is so sensitive ♥️
