I sent i129f received noa1 and approved with noa2. It was sent to Nvc. Nvc sent it to us embassy where my fiance lives. Paid for visa and She's almost done with embassy interview remaining. All of a sudden Nvc sent letter of visa creation for I 130. It shocked me that they sent it to my overseas address and I'm living here in USA. I'm really confused what's going on. How could they made a mistake like this I'm having a hard time calling USCIS and Nvc.
