Wow... I need this fs, hardstuck plat 1 after the season dropped and ya... this made me realize I've been playing like a bot lol... BUT to my defense I blame the bland, boring, donkey MAPS... Where to be good at gun fights you need to be like locked in, conscious, cautious, etc... but it's impossible to get immersed in this game with these maps, it doesn't even feel like a COD game at all... People will play with hackers, they'll play with horrible servers, they'll play with some bad maps, but they're not playing now... The game is more dead than ever before in franchise history and it's because the maps... Sorry off topic but ya... it's kind of a GIANT problem in the game rn... And needs to be talked about 24/7 throughout the community, b/c we're not going to have a game at all left to play with these maps - that they didn't even change for the season, it's the most egregious move the devs have ever made, absolutely immoral, abusive really, definitely offensive and ya... the maps are disgusting, every time you queue for a lobby and the maps come up and it's "uuuuugh.... not control on vault for the 5th time in a row..." etc... Even Skyline is very bad, the dimensions were designed prior to the movement system... like omg... but at least that map looks descent, which cannot even remotely be said about any other map in the entire game, apart from maybe stakeout and racket but those are pretty clear cut exceptions to the rule obviously... but ya...

Biggest take. Why am I bronze playing plats.. then why am I silver playing diamond... then why am I gold playing crimson or iri... make it make sense. I played only this Saturday in ranked and got up to gold 3 and just gave up.

If you play solo Q with people that don't know how to play "ranked" and most teams don't know, you will get gray hairs. They don't know when to rotate. They don't look at the mini map. They don't know what weapon to choose to make a balanced game. Also, witch is the worst they don't know how to rush a hardpoint. Sometimes they don't rush together from all sides like a team to put some pressure on the enemy team, but instead one by one from only one route. And they become easy targets. That why sometimes we loose games 240-250 because of this gameplay. It is horrible! If you have a good team i suggest to stuck with it. :)

a piece of advice bro, u have to hit the hill, at 0:40 u get 3 down and ur at piano, their last guy is bottom bed, u stay at piano whilst ur teammate spawns up and runs past you, that is criminal work, u gotta hit the hill

Why anyone plays this game “competitively” is beyond me. The over-tuned lag compensation, the broken cameras, the head glitching etc etc the competitive integrity of this game is precisely zero.

hey man love the videos just wanted to give testimony. ive been stuck gold every COD every season, not anymore. watched way more mechanics videos then i needed probably but ARV made it make sense. Plat2 rn most improved area in my opinion was not a mechanic but an ideology "control the gunfight" and Distance manipulation. Doesnt seem big but it is.

Camera = Peaker's advantage. It exists in EVERY FPS game due to unavoidable network latency, however in everything post 2018 it has become extremely broken. It's SO busted now that certain methods (Like snaking) should qualify as a ban-able exploit when repeatedly abused. The fact this is being treated as a "Skill gap" is honestly a joke, and Activision needs to put out a mandate to all their dev's to fix this ASAP. (Easy way to patch out snaking: Speed up the drop to prone, but slow down the stand up. Then add a 100ms delay to crouch/ prone after standing from prone. Snaking is then gone without removing drop shotting) Also reducing the over effectiveness of headglitching by lowering the top of cover a TINY bit, this would also nerf current snaking by making the snaker vulnerable for SLIGHTLY longer. Intentional repeated abuse SHOULD = Ban! A way to avoid Stair-glitching would be to make players guns react like how your did at 19:03, until they either back down the stairs to the point their head head is below the top of the staircase or until their shoulders/ upper chest are above the top of the staircase. Going prone on the stairs should force your gun up or down equal to the angle of the staircase your on until you crouch or stand up. Also peaker's advantage by speed blitzing is an easy fix. Slow down the slide, this would reduce the effective desync between players screens. Also this would reduce the slide spam abuse that looks stupid as crap, and makes the game feel more slippery than on oil slick on black ice. Vastly improving/ mostly fixing these exploits is an easy thing with just a little bit of thought. But lazy game design and developers not giving a shit gave us this abomination, and the way the community is so desperate to cope by reclassifying these exploit's as "skill gaps" proves why we are the laughing stock of the FPS Genre.
