If Jesus is a God ,what kind of God is he? if he lives in humiliating and poor state among people. If he is God's son ,did God not protect his son ? a person can't stand it either. Jesus is a prophet he ordered the prophet Mohammed (sav) who came after him to follow!

White men are not victims in these situations, if anything, them pushing white women as the beauty standard in society for decades, is the reason black and Asian women are often treated like an afterthought or second pick. Then there was the misrepresentation of black women as overly aggressive, hypersexual, and desperate. Asian women misrepresented as extremely submissive and easily manipulated. Asian men were demasculinized by white men in films and real life, always portrayed as nerds that are afraid of women in shows and films directed by white males. In terms of interracial dating, white and black men have it the easiest. Side note: Are we pretending the white male isn't gay?

Depression is more like constantly being reminded of the thing that’s causing it, and all you can do is think about it, then you feel guilty when you don’t. You feel pathetic for the silly smile on your face when you actually have a bit of fun, you want to figure out the problem or understand it, but your friends want to have fun and laugh, you feel too heavy to laugh and too out of place, so you wander off alone and just stare into space, ruminating. You see a girl you like, suddenly you feel a bit better, you’re smiling and joking, but you feel heavy, you can’t read her expression, you don’t know what to say or really feel like talking about anything, you have a few awkward silences, then notice her smile becomes neutral, then you realise she probably doesn’t want to be there, you want to ask her out but your mind is still on the problem, you can’t make space to do the mental math whether or not it’s worth trying, and whether or not it’ll turn out badly, so you don’t and say goodbye, feeling worse and more isolated. The more smiles that turn to frowns cause you to slide deeper and deeper, until you don’t want to be around anyone anymore, so you stay home and listen to sad music because it helps you ruminate, which you want because it helps you figure out the problem, even though you probably can’t do anything about it and you end up feeling worse. The heaviness and distraction are the major difficulties, but I think distracting yourself as much as possible so that you can function is good, unless you can heal the trauma internally, which I recommend before all else. -Alcohol removes inhibitions so it’s easier to get started on things -Food and Sex obviously gives good neurological feelings -Video games and other dopaminergic habits give you the feel good and feeling of solving problems that will help. These can help when you need to boost your mood and get things done, but all are unhealthy coping mechanisms and don’t solve the overall problem at all. If they’re relied upon; they can become addictions, and will make your life worse in the long term, due to the various costs and problems that come with them.

Thanks! I didn't even realize it, but suddenly it hit me… I was actually letting it flow after the movies, my best guess is that when I go'ogled Beck Reznark's guide and read it, something changed inside me. Can’t quite explain it, it’s been months, I can’t believe I even had paruresis to begin with.

No depression is much much deeper then you can show on camera. I go through weeks of extremely down and when I come out of it I'm exhausted. Its like you just went through hell and you made it out alive.
