I'm really having trouble understanding what you were saying but I did pick out some English words but I couldn't tell if some of it was in Hindi or if the accent is very thick as I know you are speaking quickly because it is a short vid but it would have been wonderful if it came with written captions in English

Industrial training is a part of your course (B.pharm) which should be for 1 month in any pharmaceutical industry.....you can do this trainning after your 3rd year.You can reach out these industries on there websites and talked to them regarding your training or u can better reach out ur teacher for better guidance.
