Dude, I have a TI version of your card and I get 700 looking in the sky. You should probably load up the Nvidia app and do a scan and go to your bios and update them. That’s probably what’s going on or there’s something running in the background.

fortnite is not very much about how good your gpu is and more so your cpu. it could be that you have a lower end cpu because im able to run stable 180 fps with a 1650 super and a ryzen 5 9600x

try changing the resolution of your display to get higher frames if that doesnt help go to windows settings and search up adjust preformance of windows and put to preformance. These are minor tweaks but could give you more fps.

@@xuritex1 600 is the minimum most people recomend 650-800 but its fine because my parts only use around 400w altogether because I started off with a budget build so the parts aren't too powerful.
