Im running a 2004 ms290 and an 039 that was dads. Havent used them in a while so i should fire them both up. Have a feeling this gonna be doing a bit of cutting again for mom even though i dont have the time. Probably bring one of my tractors over to aunt and uncles to pull wood trl in the woods. Thinking of building my own trl out of my 97 f350 8 x 12 cab n chassis trk since 7.3ps blew up and not worth fixing. The trl dad built is an old f150 custom that the springs are dead. I can hop in with it empty and bottom out the springs 😊
@marekzamora13 күн бұрын
That's good. Hopefully you can get the truck up and running. Diesels are my favorite one day hope to get back in one.
@tractorboy3113 күн бұрын
@marekzamora trk is dead. Cab stuff falls out of if not careful. Frame has small rust hole then final straw was engine blowing up. It's 8 x 12 flatbed I'm thinking about turning into a trl then later put dump kit on it. Gonna get my dream trk in spring is the plan 05 ish dodge 3500 crewcab long bed dually 4x4 6 speed manual 5.9 cummins that's rust free and it won't see michigan roads in winter after I get it period

Thank you for heads up to cold right now to work on but definitely something is wrong with it when it gets warmer will see if repairable.

Lame. STIHL makes some great saws, and once they’re ported by a skilled individual they become incredible saws.

@AppleTechPro870 I agree the Briggs engine is good. When I find them from time to time usually dirty carb or restricted air filter due to lack of maintenance. Very easy to get back in service and tons of parts available.

My previous boss deemed a corded Makita angle grinder done and said I could have it. I have my own business now and still use it. Sometimes you've got a convenient outlet and need the full power.

I returned mine. On the box it says 2 hour charge time, but it’s actually 4 hours. By today’s standards that’s much too long. On principle I wasn’t going to keep it. Otherwise, it’s not a bad little unit.

I had a similar issue. Turns out it was my throttle cable tips. They were worn out and not pulling the fuel lever all the way. Check that first then if that's not the case then you may have a dirty clogged carburator.
@ChainerGuy2782 ай бұрын
I found a new mower similar to that in the junk pile. Shot starter fluid in the carb. It fired up but the carb was clogged I guess. Took of the in line blew out the carb with the compressor. Runs fine now. I call finds like that roadkill.
