Hmmm, I don't know if it can be done without Megami. Floor 25 boss will one shot everyone because he debuff you and lower your characters' defense so you need Megami to be in his domain a lot to avoid getting hit and stun the boss so Nobara can keep hitting the boss and eventually kill it. He is very important for this stage.
