I feel you on the struggle of wondering whether or not all the factors you mentioned make outdoor bouldering enjoyable. I’m pretty much a filthy gym climber for similar reasons although I went out to Red Rock for the first time a month ago and had a blast. Red Rock is amazing and was surprisingly easier on my skin than a gym sesh. Dope video and great editing 🤙

@@MiguelClimbs Apart from rockclimbing I love botany! Agave utahensis is pretty distict so I could easily recognise it, although I HIGHLY recoemend picking up a local feild guide to pair with your outdoor adventures so you can identify these as well! Also I think this is actually "Agave utahensis var. nevadensis aka the Clark Mountain Agave", as you are in Nevada near Vegas. These agave have many variations.
