None of this matters, because the scriptures are "inspired" . They are written in "spiritual language"......metaphors, allegories, signs and symbols . The story of Jesus being "tempted by the devil" for example. This never happened literally, it's all written as an allegory to show us he was human with a sinful nature as we all are . WHO else was there in the "wilderness" to write it all down word for word ? There was no literal "conversation" between Jesus and the "devil". The "devil" ( also called the "serpent" and "Satan" ...Rev. 12:9 )......these are all metaphors for the "carnal mind" of man . Jesus was "tempted" by his own "carnal mind" ( the "devil" ) .....as we all are, yet without sin. ( Hebrews 4:15 ) If he was not a man with a sinful nature , then God is an idiot, and all that Jesus did for us means absolutely nothing .

There are people who are deceived and us, be deceived by no means, this state of the earth is their paradise for now! Intelligence will increase also! Darkness comprehends not and that stupor is a core part of ignorance and sin continuously, hopefully robotics, so when intelligence increases to a higher intelligence than human, like penguins and pelicans, then we are gonna get the hurt deservingly because stupor will decrease, when intelligence increases!😐 amen.

We are off when we are counterpointing a false categorical argument like Sin Nature ..putting off the body of the flesh in Christ is not the same as having regenerated flesh. You're over simplifying this. Granted defining anything in terms of a sin nature is erroneous. But the flesh, And specifically overcoming it personally, It's still the price of discipleship. There is a mind of the flesh.. If I don't ( by the Spirit) mortify the deeds of the flesh then I will "walk according to it" it's an active putting down of the flesh..Sin Nature is obfuscating.. Again the scriptures use the term the mind of the flesh. And it's only by the grace of God and the work of Jesus Christ that we have the mind of the spirit To Overcome it! otherwise the redemption of our flesh would be completed when we believe and that does not happen until the resurrection. Being a new creature in Christ.. a new being..in SPIRIT, But if you teach that my flesh has been reconciled and is now renewed then the redemption of our bodies at the resurrection doesn't make sense. Your position is an over simplification of the state we are in..being sanctified.. granted the straw man argument of a sin nature is beside the point the fact is what Romans 7 means is that there is a law in my flesh..or in my flesh dwells no good thing this is consistent with all of the new testament admonition about who we serve, our liberty is to become slaves to righteousness by being freed from slaves to sin the SIN NATURE TERM IS ERRONEOUS -ITS AN ATTEMPT TO EXPLAIN TRUTH, LIKE THE TRINITY "DOCTRINE" - Attempts At comprehending a truth but a miss nonetheless Again we're talking about states of being.. These are divine revelations of truth that the cardinal mind can't even understand.. So when Paul says It's not I that lives but Christ that lives in me what's he mean.. when in Collossians he says but you are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God does he just wax allegorical Or is there a deep spiritual meaning of Christ dwelling in me and I Being dead. What is our hope? Is it just (pardon me for saying just) the Kingdom here on earth? Or is it not the resurrection and the transformation of our WHOLE being to a completely new creature not just having been redeemed and given the spirit to subject the flesh and walk in newness of life This is only in part now not in whole.. I have been sanctified I don't have a new body yet if I live according to the flesh I'll die-but if I !!!!through the spirit!!! mortify the deeds of the flesh I'll live I think you're over simplifying the challenge of walking in the Spirit. Again Jesus is the example- he did not have a dual 'nature' either. But he did have his own will -which we see at Golgotha when he prayed for another way..but surrendered His Will to His Father's in Faith and BY THE ETERNAL SPIRIT OFFERED HIMSELF. He didn't have a sin nature but he had to submit his will to the will of the father in love. You site first John which is to believers and say " we will sin.." but then say that we're delivered from the power of sin (true) and dont have a sin nature but somehow therefore we would have to make the flesh regenerated..BUT it's not.. that happens at the RESURRECTION..This an erroneous case of miscategorization. Lets talk about the Flesh and carnal nature vs the fact that our Lord was a MAN without a carnal mind. Natural flesh, not carnally minded, without sin. So the "Catholic doctrines" are off, but we need to replace them with correct ones. PS whatever version you quoted Galations 5:13 from used "as a license for ""sin"" rather than "as a license for the Flesh" why? Thats my challenge in a nutshell, the clarification should be on understanding scriptural expositions of "the flesh/carnal mindedness" rather than refute an erroneous doctrine of a Sin Nature as espoused by the Catholic church, incompletely. Yes, New Covenant By Forgiveness of Sin and Giving of Spirit, but Yes to living by that Spirit (like Christ) and overcoming the mind/deeds of the flesh. Perfecting us by this is the way of God, kn addition to the hatred and abuses of the World and it's own. Shalom in our Great God and by His Son, in His Spirit, amen.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, I agree. Our "flesh" has a kind of mind. Jesus had no sin, but he had a mind that could be tempted to let an idea give birth to sin. He countered with determination to be faithful to God and knowing and using Scripture, which is part of our suit of armor to resist the devil.

DO YOU WANT TO GO TO HEAVEN? You can be saved from eternity in the Lake of Fire and the soon-coming seven-year Tribulation. Here's how: We are all sinners deserving death and Hell. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God...." Romans 3:23 KJV "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23 KJV Only Jesus saves, and salvation comes through grace by faith. We do not get saved by our works. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV) "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us...." (Titus 3:5 KJV) And these things will NOT get us salvation: - give my life to Christ - ask Jesus into my heart - repent from my sins - confessing your sins - commit my life to Christ - making a profession of faith - trusting in a "sinner's prayer" (see John 9:31) THESE ARE ALL WORKS! Anything we do to add to the Gospel disqualifies us from Heaven. Only what Jesus did can give us eternal life! "Jesus saith unto him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.'" (John 14:6 KJV) Hebrews 9:22 says there is NO forgiveness if there is no blood sacrifice (that means no salvation and no Heaven). HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS AND HOPE!! 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 is where you find the Gospel: "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures...." Romans 3:25 tells us our faith must be in Jesus's shed blood as payment for our sins. To be saved, we need to believe in Christ's shed blood as payment for our sins, his death, burial, and resurrection. Robert Breaker has some excellent videos about the REAL GOSPEL that can walk you through with great clarity. To reject the free gift of salvation leaves you under God's wrath and will ultimately lead you to forever firey torment in Hell for all eternity. Choose wisely.

You still do not say that the book of Revelations had been written in females handwriting. Not many women wrote in those days. Hi. I am the woman who is not the man written about by the woman who had also not been a man who'd gone by 'John'. This I discovered about 4 months ago. The numbers are on my bank card, Centrelink card, ABN, ID. I wish someone had told me. I write about closing the gap between the rich and the poor. I do it for free, to raise our collective shock threshold for truth that hurts, to increase tolerance & reduce the global violence rate. All I write is free. Just come and monitor if you want. I don't know what's happened to me, but I can't look at my name the same way anymore. The Wonder, is above. She is not woman code for 'church'. She's Deuteronomy's 'bird' code for 'real woman/women. Deuteronomy is a book about subjugating, harming and killing women, & indoctrinating children. When Deuteronomy's 'bird' is 'in the stars', then I'm afraid heaven may be the corner of the roof the man lives apart from the contemptuous woman he dwells with. I write about the kingdom of heaven. Redemption. Everlasting life. Perhaps you'll understand what's going on when you see. I'll show you 3, each more terrifying than the next that you need to be careful of now as deep thinkers collect. There will be Barabbas. There will be a popular placed in power closest to money. And, there is someone tutored like I had been in lateral thinking who was not taught tolerance. With the 3rd who is due, either you will not look as though you are creating backlog of problems that people don't want to look at, or, you hide inside a cave or some desolate place where people reserve the right to use language, & stay safe. Don't have blood on your hands when you're found because we will tell. If we cannot look as though practicing honesty, noticing & sharing finer details in the attempt to mend loose ends that people keep calling problems, there is someone who if see so many blind eyes & problems being created compromising solutions & their upsides, who'll feel the deaths of many will be the least barbaric solution available. Not to want clarity, a great wall of most people can become an obstacle. This is true. Practise honesty to buffer the impact that the look of the world has on that lateral thinker. There may be one. There may be thousands. The best way to hide is by looking like a lateral thinker, since we don't blend in by our looking like everyone else and we will notice whoever I don't see finer details. Time is a factor. Please come with me. I have so much to show you. Please. The first of us tutored just entered our 40s. Our prime. Look like a lateral thinker such as one I am, or to avoid his wrath you may instead decide to look like one like he is. That one is disturbed. There just were not enough tutored in lateral thinking straight off the bat to manage lateral thinkers straight out of the gate. Please welcome us, because in this world of money of yours, we've gone all this time unrewarded our good behaviour, with the equipment we need to be better at what we do. The first works. People expect us to do second work to afford the tech which free writer lateral thinkers need, but If we did that, we would not have been the free writer lateral thinkers who'd require such tech. It was not supposed to be sold to only who tell you what you want. They've softened people.

PART 2: ARE CHRISTIANS SINNERS, SAINTS, OR BOTH? Do Christians go from having “one nature” to having “dual natures”? ============================================= Christians in scripture are MOSTLY described as “saints”. Here is a very short video message “You are a Saint, not a Sinner!”... kzbin.info/www/bejne/gImUkoCPe7SVlac that sums it up well. Church traditions often wrongly describe saints as dead heroes of the faith who have been nominated for “sainthood” and have their names engraved on buildings, churches, universities and/or that they were/are an extraordinarily good person. In the context of New Testament passages, saints are simply defined as those who belong to the body of Christ, saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). In other words, a “saint” is simply another word for a Christian, a true born-again forgiven believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. The presence of Christ is in their hearts (Ephesians 2:19; Revelation 3:20; Galatians 2:20; Philippians 4:7; 1 Peter 3:15; Acts 2:38; John 3:1-36). Throughout the Apostle Paul's epistles to various churches, he always addresses believers in Christ as saints (Romans 1:7; 1 Corinthians 1:2; 2 Corinthians 1:1; Ephesians 1:1; Philippians 1:1; Colossians 1:2; 1 Timothy 5:10; Philemon 1:5). At the same time, no one is born a saint. I read the bible teaching we are corporately born without sin but alienated and cut-off from God, with varying degrees of brokenness and a propensity for sinning (some call this a “sin nature”). While born-again Christians or saints are no longer labelled sinners, this also does not mean they do not continue to sin at times (1 John 1:8-10). “Saints” could also be described as “forgiven sinners” who sometimes still sin. This shift is more profound than our behaviours and not focussed primarily on our actions, but on our identities (two different things). Christians remain righteous in God’s sight (identity) even when they commit sin (actions). This is not a contradiction. Rather, the two points complement one another. Jesus’ righteousness is imputed to all who continue to have faith in him (the saints), meaning that Jesus’ personal level of righteousness counts as if it were their own for those born-again in the Spirit. A Christian's legal or positional standing before God is that he/she is declared righteous. In this sense, Christians ARE saints. Those continuing in Christ can no more be condemned than Jesus can, even when they do slip and sin. The label “sinner” is flexible in scripture and used loosely to describe a person who does sinful actions. Christians (saints) living in deliberate sin are sometimes also addressed as “sinners” in scripture (James 4:8), and in danger of “shipwrecking their faith” if they do not choose to repent. The process of “progressive sanctification” and Christians still having to wrestle against sinful behaviour is taught all over the New Testament using language different to Augustine’s “sin nature” (1 Thessalonians 4:3; Hebrews 10:14, 12:14; 2 Corinthians 3:18, 7:1; Philippians 1:6; 3:12-13; Romans 7:1-25, 8:1-39, 12:2; Galatians 5:17; 2 Timothy 2:19-21). None of the early church or Pre-Nicene Fathers taught the complicated unbiblical “dual nature of man” emphasized by Augustine. Jesus, our role model, also did not have dual natures (that is a separate conversation). Scripture simply states that becoming born-again regenerates the heart of man (his single nature) by the Holy Spirit taking up residence in us. At the same time this never removes the person’s free-will and responsibility to choose between sin or doing right. I believe Romans 7 is Paul talking about his unregenerate state prior to his conversion, and his inability at that time to choose rightly. While in this earthly body, the Spirit of God dwelling in every born-again believer still has to contend with man’s free-will and ability to choose. Christians are commanded by the Spirit of God living in them and also scripture to engage in spiritual warfare and choose paths of righteousness. We must choose to discipline ourselves, deny ourselves, walk in the Spirit, be filled with the Spirit, and not grieve the Spirit (Galatians 5; Colossians 3; Ephesians 4). If we do so, we will grow in spiritual maturity and gain more and more conformity to Christ (2 Corinthians 3:17-18). In this sense, while Christians are "positionally" saints, they are also being called to "act" like saints. This does not mean Christians have a “dual nature”. They are called to pursue the positional holiness which Christ has obtained for them, in word and action. To accept the adding of “dual natures” doctrine is: >> Positionally pouring new wine into old wineskins >> Clinging to the old nature and bondages and leaving a door open for continuing sin >> Schizophrenic and denying ongoing regeneration - man has free will and at the same time no free will. Non-sense! Just like Jesus “dual natures” and “Trinity” doctrines are non-sense! >> Claiming no part in the “process of sanctification” as God supposedly does it all for us. The Old Testament prophets portrayed Almighty God as a husband, and His people a wayward wife (the whole book of Hosea is devoted to this). This is very similar to the Apostle Paul painting a picture of Christian marriage looking like the relationship between Christ and the church (Ephesians 5:25-27). Those Christians maintaining a wrong belief that they are still “sinners by nature” will struggle more than those who correctly see themselves as “saints and holy ones” who sometimes fall into sin. Those identifying still as sinners will struggle with feelings of low self-esteem, inadequacy, confusion, guilt, and shame that can be so strong that they even give up on trying to do anything for God. A huge key in being effective as a Christian is to realize that you can do wonderful things for God even while you are still broken and sin at times. The enemy wants us to be beaten down by our struggles and clinging to a false “sin nature” so that we will not do anything significant for the Kingdom of God, and also excuse ongoing sin. “Spirit & Truth”s message “Choose to Move Forward with God”... kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZDZe6Caaaufhac excellently sums this up and is highly encouraging. Blessings ... Peter

PART 1: Enjoyed both presentation and group discussion. GREAT TOPIC Susan. Great comments Tommy, Johnathan, Dan,... I have dived into this one several times over the years in my previous fellowship groups. I do not claim to have it all worked out. It is a complicated topic connected to many other doctrines. Here is my current take on the doctrines of "sin nature" and "original sin". I DO NOT believe in the doctrine of ORIGINAL SIN that falsely teaches we are BORN with SIN and therefore must baptize babies in order to guarantee their salvation. The idea that humans are born already guilty of someone else’s sin is not only false doctrine, it also dishonors the God of the Bible. This would mean that we are held accountable and punished for a sin that we did not commit. This false doctrine originated with the early Church Fathers (especially Augustine) around the 4th century AD. Romans 5:12 says “death” was transmitted to all men, NOT “guilt”. All children are born and remain INNOCENT before God, until reaching an age of accountability and choosing wrong. This age is determined by God Himself for each person. While there are influences outside of human beings that compel them to sin, I also believe all humans are born disconnected from God and therefore struggling with a bent toward selfishness and sin (sometimes called a SIN NATURE). This not a personal sin debt we born with, but the consequences we generationally inherited through Adam & Eve and our ancestors. We are definitely not born guilty or needing to baptize babies at birth as some denominations wrongly teach. Scriptures refuting the false “doctrine of original sin” … Ezekiel 18:4, 19-20; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Psalm 139:13-14; Ecclesiastes 7:29. The “doctrine of original sin” sounds biblical but isn’t. It actually combines words and phrases from the Bible in ways that contradict the Bible. Check this excellent presentation from the World Video Bible School “Was I born a sinner?” ... kzbin.info/www/bejne/oX-veaqbgJh8rpo. Unfortunately, the false doctrines of “original sin” and also “sin nature” were then used as a basis for a group of other equally false mainly Calvinistic / Baptist man-made doctrines… #1. "Total Depravity" (that we are totally helpless to choose to obey God) #2. "Unconditional Election" (IF God elects you to be saved, you will be saved regardless of action), #3. "Limited Atonement" (the most terrible of all the doctrines of Calvinism, which proposes that Jesus only died for the elect, and all others were selected by God for hell), and #4. "Preservation of the Saints" …or… "Once Saved Always Saved" (that a true born-again Christian is ETERNALLY SECURE and can NEVER LOSE their salvation no matter what). Scripture is clear that genuine Christians can still choose to “shipwreck” their faith and lose their promise of salvation. See … Matthew 7:21-23; Luke 8:14; Philemon 1:24; 2 Timothy 2:11-12; 1 Timothy 1:18-20; 2 Peter 2:20-22; Hebrews 3:12-14, 6:4-6, 10:26-28; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, 9:27, 15:1-2; Ephesians 4:30; Galatians 5:4; Revelation 3:5 Check out this table graphic on "Original Sin" VS "What the bible Says" ... escapetoreality.org/2022/08/03/original-sin-is-unbiblical/ An often-asked question about those who do choose to become born-again and receive the new nature or new heart is: “Why do born-again Christians continue to sin at times?” Exodus 34:7 says that God “[visits] the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.” I believe this is simply talking about bearing the "consequences" of other’s sins both biologically and non-biologically, but in no way talking about any "transmitted sins". We are all born with free will and varying susceptibilities to temptations that are spiritual, environmental and genetic. I agree ... We do inherit “something negative” from Adam and Eve’s fall. The bible clearly states we inherit death and condemnation (Romans 5:12,18) but speaks against any guilt or transmitted sin. Have we inherited a knowledge of good and evil on some spiritual and also biological level? I don’t like the unbiblical term “sinful nature” (found in the NIV only I think) as it has strong connections to the false “doctrine of original sin”. Both doctrines are “adding” and gnostic in origin from the time of Augustine and his departure from Manichaeism. Check out the “Sinful Nature is a heresy”... kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3zGiIOJopaCqcU for more on this area. Scripture teaches we are all born with the brokenness and consequences of other’s sin, which includes being alienated from God and dying at some point. A person is also not a sinner until they reach the age of accountability when they first realise, they have some sort of choice to make between a good or evil action, and choose evil in their temptation. No one is born as a sinner with sin debt or original sin. They are born with the consequences of other’s sin into a broken world with plenty of temptations. Epigenetics is a new explanatory science that I believe factors into biologically inherited enhanced susceptibilities to choose to sin. I now recognise these biological traits as part of generational curses (not sin) that we each inherit from our ancestors. If we have parents, grandparents, great-grandparents who had significant addiction problems, trauma histories, or other problems; they will epigenetically transmit to us enhanced susceptibilities to dysfunction in similar areas. This is new science that is still not well understood. Scripture’s “Renewing the mind” verses (Romans 12:2; Colossians 3:2; 2 Corinthians 10:5; Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1-2; Proverbs 3:4-5, 4:2; Philippians 4:8; Ephesians 4:22-24, 6:10-20) teach us how we break off both learned and also inherited biological dysfunction (curses), by biologically rewiring the brain and switching off inherited activated genes biassed toward unhealthy behaviours. I believe there is often also a spiritual dimension that should be engaged in through spiritual warfare to deal with bondages. Becoming born-again and receiving the new nature or heart is the best first step to engaging in spiritual warfare. Christians can engage in spiritual warfare for another person and provide them temporary relief. However, unless the rescued person themself becomes born-again and puts on the armour of God (verses above), they will remain much more susceptible to demonic influences and their own brokenness and selfishness, and more likely relapsing into sinful behaviours. This leads to another commonly asked question …

At the 49:30 point, referring to Rom 7 and your view that Rom 7 is about a person before he is saved, you declare with conviction that "This is how the original and early church understood this long passage." That's obviously what you have decided to believe, but what is the basis for stating it as though there is no wiggle room? Thanks.

The throne of David still exists today.......just as God promised David . It is the British Monarchy today . And waiting for "Shiloh" to come......the "one to whom it belongs". ( Genesis 49:10 ) "and to him shall the gathering of the people be" . The "house" that God promised to build for David is the physical lineage of David through reincarnation. "O Lord , You brought my soul up from the grave, You have kept me alive that I should not go down to the pit." ( see ALL of Psalm 30 ) The Bible teaches reincarnation......see Job 33:29-30 for example . Jesus taught reincarnation, and Judaism still teaches reincarnation to this day . The first true "church" taught reincarnation as doctrine until the false Roman Church (antichrist) outlawed the teaching at the Second Council of Constantinople in 553 AD .

In response to one comment below, this is my input. I appreciate people taking the time to think and write about the teaching. I assume he who comments watched the video. Thank you for your comments David. I hope you both watched and enjoyed the presentation. And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slaughtered, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. [Rev 5:6 NASB20] This refers to Jesus not David. David was never slaughtered, Jesus was by Pilate. "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you of these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star." [Rev 22:16 NASB20] Jesus identified himself, "I, Jesus" as the star, the descendant of David, not David himself. God refers to himself as Lord in 2 Samuel 23. Jesus will resurrect David with all other dead human beings. No one is reincarnated, ever. 'But they shall serve the LORD their God and David their king, whom I will raise up for them. [Jer 30:9 NASB20] The reference to "David their king" is to Jesus as a descendant of David, not David himself. Jesus outranks David. Too literal a reading can cause unnecessary confusion and error.

David is the "Lamb" in the book of Revelation......the coming "son of man", another flesh and blood human being who will be the "Messiah of the Lord Jesus" ( Rev.11:15 ) David is the "Bright Morning Star" as Jesus calls him in Rev. 22:16...... and as David himself confirms in 2 Samuel chapter 23 . Jesus is the "offspring" (seed) of David, and Jesus will be his "root" (source) as well , when David is "raised up" (reincarnated) to take his rightful throne over his Kingdom .......Jeremiah 30:9 .

@@raymonddscott4711 ......The word used for "lamb" is Revelation is a different word than the "Lamb" in John 1:36 for example. The word "lamb" in Revelation means a "little lamb" or a "lesser lamb".......and John wrote both books . The "Lamb" that John sees in Revelation "as it appeared to be slain" is speaking of the "two witnesses" who is killed in chapter 11. The "Lamb" in Revelation is also the "two witnesses".....or one person. And Jesus was never "slain" or killed......Jesus gave up his life, no one took it from him . ( John 10:18 ) The person who is the "Lamb" in Revelation is the one person that Jesus is speaking to in the first three chapters.... " the one who conquers (overcomes) ".........this person is given the new name of Christ that only this person knows. ( Revelation 2:17 and 3:12 ) THEN......we see this person coming in judgment in Revelation 19:12....." and he had a name written on him that no man knew but he himself." David is the "Bright Morning Star", as Jesus calls him in Revelation 22:16......there is no "and" in the verse, the second "and" was added but Jesus is speaking about David, NOT of Himself . Jesus is the "offspring" (seed) of David, and Jesus will be the "root" (source) of David . This is also how David, the "Lamb" will be the "two witnesses" ........he will be the "Messiah of the Lord Jesus" , as Revelation 11:15 says .......the one who will reign in the Age of ages as God promised him and as all the prophets have spoken . The one on the throne in Revelation 4:3 is the Lord Jesus, NOT the Father as people assume .

Thank you for your comment. Revelation 11:15 - (NRSV) 15 Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign forever and ever.” ""For it was not David who ascended into heaven, but he himself says: 'THE LORD SAID TO MY LORD, "SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND," - Acts 2:34 NASB20 The Lord is God saying to Jesus, ("my lord"), sit at my right hand. David did not ascend into heaven so could not say that.

But the anointing which you have received of him that abides you, you need not any man to teach you, but the same anointing teaches you all things and is truth, and is no lie even as it has taught you, you shall abide in him.... 1 John 2: 27... so no Hermeneutics is needed i gather ... and besides is that word Hermeneutics derived from the word Hermes the greek messenger god so we definitely DON'T need that now do we since that is a pagan FALSE god. and we know God the one TRUE God feels about false gods don't we... i think some better start asking the SPIRIT for real teaching... i don't think Yeshua learned from hermeneutics but the SPIRIT of his Father gave him the teaching to give to us...

God's glory shines on those who believe in him . Only Jesus has yet ascended to the father like David we all die and remain dead till GOD awakens us . The transfigureation was for the deciples to witness to a futuristic prophecy that our pattriarcs do live again so much so that GOD intervened in the intentions of Peter . THIS IS MY SON HEAR LISTEN TO HIM . There is no one who has died that GOD needs from this earth to complete the plans of GOD in heaven JESUS completed this by stepping out from his world of eternity and coming into a world that exists of time to complete the future a head for all who believe in truth , faith , hope , in Christ Jesus till that one day arrives where a thousand years is like one day to GOD and so it will also be for us as well no matter how long we sleep or are dead in the earth our last memories will be intact of our yesterday even if decades have have gone on after our passing ! In the twlinkling of an eye we will not all sleep but will all be changed in my fathers house I go and (prepare a place for you ) that where I am you will be also . as far as the thief on the cross and his today you will be with me in paradise it's like a rejoiced baptism an assurance for the coming kingdom that believers will all share a thousand years is like one day to the lord . Jesus was in the earth for 3 days and came back to life and was some 40 days on the earth be for his asscession and he was the first fruit to the kingdom the thief was not waiting for Jesus to return the thief on the Cross is waiting with the blessed assurance that Jesus was permitted to give the (today) is the promise granted onto the thief and when a person comes to Christ and is baptized we each share in that (today) JESUS spoke of the angels in heaven is said to rejoice over one sinner that has come to GOD . GOD doesn't provide false hope . Misinterpretation's of religions provide that GOD is the GOD of the living that's why he's coming yet once again to awaken us from our sleep rather in the dust or from walking dead and needing life, don't lead JESUS says to follow him .

How old would that make John - if Revelations was written in the 90's? How old was he when he walked with, Jesus? Anyone know anything like that? I'd love to know. If Revelations was written in the 90's John could have been 100yrs old when he wrote it? Or he could have been in his 70's if he was real young when walking with Jesus. Like 10 years old; is that correct? In his 80's if he was in his 20's.(?) Was he the youngest? I understand Peter/Cephas was married? Maybe he was 15-25. (?) Anyone think of the queations? Find answers somewhere?

Assuming that John was relatively young at the time of Jesus' ministry, he would have been in his 80s or 90s by the 90s AD. Early church fathers report that John was very advanced in age when he wrote Revelation.
