No regulatory body checking these companies, no accountability, no fines to the dreadful managers and freeholders equals expensive building safety which means almost nothing without prosecuting poor implementation. Who pays for all this waste..........the leaseholders..

Simple problem is the people in charge are not qualified, junior building managers at best. The other problem is there is no reporting to anyone with any teeth unless there is a disaster.
