When men go fishing, other men service thier wives Mr Winkleman.?
@jonbiedermann7911 күн бұрын
It happens. (I'm in Hayward, WI 4 weeks of the year) Wait until you make it to Ketchikan, Alaska. I was just there. Multiply by 100,000. It's crazy.
@ReelDealAngling11 күн бұрын
Alaska has no muskies as far as I know are you talking about pike? This is the first dead musky ive ever seen to be honest with you
@jonbiedermann7910 күн бұрын
@@ReelDealAngling You are right. What I am saying is that I go fishing in Hayward, WI (and even sometimes catch Muskies), and I've seen my fair share of 'floating fish'. But nothing could prepare me for seeing tens of thousands of dead fish in Alaska (they are all spawning salmon), even larger than this Musky. Love your videos!

Like you, I just take the bass out by the rod... So many KZbinrs are using nets for literally fish that are only one and 1/2 lb, LOL.
@ReelDealAnglingАй бұрын
Heres the thing for me if i have a net in the boat im going to use it just about everytime 💯 if its a average bass idc cus bass are whatever to me but a walleye of any size is getting netted 😂 i dont play about my food at the end of the day net or no net doesnt make a difference to the fish i find it insane that some bass fishermen prefer to not have a net seems dumb to me

Love this. Around where are you fishing? I fish all the time in the Hayward lakes area. It's God's country. And I think you already know this, but snagging him that way has nearly 0% chance of having him die. In the gills or swallow the hook? That's why I just cut the line, give them a chance.

My cabin is in shanagolden just outside glidden but i fish all over from chippewa flowage to turtle flambeau and all in between the clam lake and mellen lakes or some of my favorites when i dont wanna hop on big water 🔥 definitely gods country and the best part is most people have no idea 🙌🏼 the lakes are beautiful and almost no fishing pressure! I live in MKE area so all those fish by home are very pressured its so nice to get away from people! 😂 and i actually didnt know that i know a backsnag almost never kills the fish but i thought this one might be to close to the guts/heart he dashed off very quickly tho haha

@@ReelDealAngling Cool- was the head fishing instructor at a summer camp on Spider Lake most of the 90's and still at it now I'm semi-retired. We just set out and catch fish using a #6 hook, nightcrawlers, and a bobber in 4-8 feet of water. Doing the math, I'm thinking 10k + fish over that time, but they are mostly panfish, but you are right- fishing pressure has diminished greatly since then so catching a lot more bass, but unfortunately more Northerns. It's all good though! Love the Chip! (And Johnsons, and Deer Foot, and Shady Nook, and the Landing, Chief Lake Lodge, Deer Run, R&R, and the list goes on! Great people everywhere!)

The lake these fish were caught in is a very secluded and “off the beaten path” lake and only holds bass and panfish out on the logging roads in northwoods of Wisconsin. That being said with the lack of predators AND the lack of fishing pressure this lake is filled to the brim with crappie perch and bluegill to the point where you will catch them all in the same spot on the same bait. Ive never caught a huge perch or crappie but all the sunfish were very thick! Its a lake that needs people to keep fish‼️ We caught this whole table of panfish within first 2 hours of being there

@ReelDealAngling3 ай бұрын
Its getting tougher and tougher as the water temps go up it was 81° at the surface mid day last time I was out there bigger fish aren’t as active and arent feeding nearly as much. I don’t have any crazy tips I like to fish the deep weeds/edges and dropoffs I never fish much deeper than 20’ out there I like to throw rubber jigs and jerkbaits in deeper water and swimmin dawg & buchtails in shallower water I was just out there last Sunday for 5 hours got out at 7am casting rubber jerkbaits all morning super slow no follows I had one bite the tail off a Toothy Tuff bait but never saw the fish very frustrating haha. Bait shop guy told me musky fishing has been horrible out there these last couple weeks

Wicked video 👍, sucks you lost the big one. Consider getting a better net, that thing is definitely a fin tearer, plus you will be set to net that tank when it bites. Good luck man
