I grew up listening to Kiss and Gene is the most underrated bass player. He's very talented and I think he deserves more credit. His playing cuts through the mix.

Fire Regulations don't permit Gene to go all out. That's how cool Gene is. He could actually burn your House down. A real life Demon. And he plays Bass. Not many can do this. Even Rammstein need a mechanical apparatus.

Take some lessons from Steve Harris. From Iron Maiden. He's a real bass player. Gene Simmons needs a costume and makeup cuz he can't play bass. Gene Simmons has been playing bass since the seventies and that's the best he can do. Just like Paul from the Beatles another non-musician. Who can't play bass.
