Yep - we are seeing lots of progress in Texas in the area of Associates and insurance reimbursement.

Conversion Structure: (what I heard) Keep control of the structure. Intro, tell me a little about what is going on? Who did you hear about me? Have you been to counseling before? Let them know what to expect about the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd session and process. Set up expectations of work they will need to do, we will need to course correct, you can expect to have some coping skills by the third session. Feedback and reflective listening keep boundaries. Scheduling and payment. I'll send you an email with an important email.
