I had a Sgt Savage figure.. regular gi joe size. But he was like a half inch taller than all other Joe's... got him for Xmas one year and one of my cousins stole it two days later lol.

I blame the Captain America or toxic 80's elitists for calling this a ripoff. I'm so glad I was also always more of a Spider-Man,X-Men,Hulk, and Fantastic Four fan XD lol.

@@michaelmonthey5974 That's fine, it's just that everyone was just calling Sgt. Savage a "Captain America" ripoff and it made me mad, so I had to say that lol.

I remember getting this combo in 95 from Kmart. We didn’t have much money and it was a big deal. The next day I told my mom I was sick and watched that video about 20 times and just played with the toy. I miss the 90s sometimes

Seems like there were no accu batteries allowed in the USA at that time because it was always about the batteries. Till this day I can say batteries are cheap if you use recharchable batteries! But it seems like americans never got them. In every 80s toy commercial they advertise how great it is because batteries included or not included so this seemd to be a big selling point at the time because none recharchable batteries were expensive and of course did not last long so you had to buy batteries over and over again instead of using recharchable batteries which I guess were hidden treasures at that time or the people were to lazy and just bought new ones. In the Video the seller always reminds you that no batteries are needed here. So this was a big selling point. Hello...Recharchable Batteries....just like the ghetto blaster radios back in the day which needed about 12 big batteries for a listening time of 3 hours. After that they went back to the store bought new ones till the purse was empty. Crazy...😂

God this brings back memories. As for Sgt. Savage, I always envisioned him being a part of the 101st airbourne and Krieger to be a SS Officer, and if you know the history of both of those units in WW2, you know exactly why Savage was beyond pissed.

Thanks fior sharing! Sgt Hector Morales is actually a hard figure to find. Maybe its just in Europe but he just seems in short supply for some reason! I had to buy mine from the the U.S. He is a good one!
