Yes, all those things in Jesus's answer must happen before the End. Christians are not hated everywhere yet. I can go to the supermarket and everyone in that supermarket does not hate me. Jesus explicitly says you will be hated by everyone. Their is also the last part of the passage which seems to indicate that their will be a time of great worldwide revival, that hasn't started in America yet. That's why I believe the end times is still at least a few decades away, and we as Christians have more important things to do than worry about the end times like expressing Jesus's love unto the world. The end times will happen when it happens.
