this is great. question: how long do you make a track for a 1 hour video like i see you have. do you loop it or have a 1 hour unique track?

Thank you! To create one track from 3 - 5 minutes, from the idea of the project to the final already packed project, it takes me 2-5 days, it depends on many things... Basically, I have looped tracks for hour-long videos. And for an hour-long unique track for a video, it usually takes a little more time.

I like your approach to mediation music. I can now see that there are more than a few different approaches to writing ambient and/or meditation music that I need to quantify for my own understanding. While I would love to download the templates, I don't use Ableton Live, but Logic Pro. Too bad, because I would love to study your approach on a track by track basis... for a "static' chord progression you have a LOT of harmonic movement. I'd like to see how you create that. Further, the video also shows "Mixer - Track Volume"...
