You can kill Blade Man one 'cycle' faster if you don't hit him at all in the fourth cycle - as he's guaranteed to lunge at you. Blade Man's lunges seem to be determined not by RNG but by the amount of shots he's received - which would make it quite easy to manipulate, as seen here. You can get the exact same fight every single time this way. I do not know if this has already been knowledge though, but I think it's worth commenting here.

The most enjoyable Mega Man speedrun I've ever seen so far! Why? The part when you sync to the music by moving or firing and the fact that this speedrun is not TAS! you can fix the C button with some light sanding/scraping, but you shouldn't have to do that, I know. Am I the only person that felt the L/R buttons were always shitty and unresponsive even on OEM controllers?

@@hulksmash8159 I bought mine last year and the left shoulder button died within a few months. Now just a little over a year since I bought it, the D-pad just completely broke off.
