Get the idea that Melbourne is trying to be English and European in many ways. Collins Street certainly has a European feel while the Melbourne Cup has the feel of Royal Ascot. I don't believe that any large city in the World can be called 'Liveable'. Albury N.S.W. ( Albury-Wodonga ) now that's liveable and is voted so by Australians not some committee.

Just compared the weather next week and beyond ( when I will be going to both Melbourne and Albury ) seems we will be a little cooler in Melbourne and a lot wetter. No worries, plenty of places to buy an umbrella in Melbourne but not in Albury. Maybe we're taking about different things.....at least I'm Chilled out man.

Well done on your video! Maybe in future you could cover some of Melbourne's beautiful suburbs from, say, Port Melbourne to Brighton and Sandringham. There are many others between Albert Park and Burwood which include South Yarra, Armadale, Toorak, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Malvern, Canterbury and Glen Iris. I live in this region and am surprised that the suburbs featured in tourists' clips are the grungier suburbs that every city has

Cause from my perspective so many suburbs in Melborune are beautiful, CBD is great, and you have beaches and great whether! How can someone not find that beautiful? What is wrong with you people?!?!

Should have said most beautiful. Sure Melbourne has it's nice bits (though not Fed Square imho), but for beauty Sydney beats it by miles. And beaches? Surely you jest.

Jamie Anderson It's interesting how perspective depends where you're from. I am from Croatia, and believe me BOTH Melbourne and Sydney are beautiful places!!! I was just reading on another video some guy talked shit about Melbourne suburbs... like that they are ugly. ?? WTF?? There are heaps of beautiful suburbs with beautiful houses and yards in Melbourne!! What is wrong with people?? Talking shit and the reality is pretty fine in Melbourne, why does some have the need to talk shit that is not true??

Germany's Chancellor, Angela Merkel, has been in consultation with the Australian government for some time in seeking solutions to assimilation of asylum seekers. The reason being that Australia is the most successful multicultural society in the world, along with Canada. I challenge you to look at your own society, and the manner in which your women are treated. I wonder if they would agree that their society is based on equality?

Just stay in the cbd because everywhere else in this city is a total hole... The suburbs are really, really ugly and dreary... A sea of poorly kept little brown brick houses with crappy little yards and cars parked everywhere even on people's front yards if you can believe it! Vandalism, property crime, litter and graffiti are rampant. Don't wander out of the cbd and you will think Melbourne is a nice city. Ugh!

Seriously people, Snape is loved by to many to leave him dead. Surely, if they were ever to make a made for TV Harry Potter series, they should totally bring Snape back. In my fan-fic, Snape is resurrected by an old friend, who eventually marries him and has kids with him. Snape is also cursed with ageless youth and everlasting life, age locked at 38, the age he died. If you want to read my Snape story, PM me and I'll give you the link.

Thumbs up if you totally freakin' love and miss Snape and wish that they would bring him back to life on film. Severus had such a sad life. It's such a shame that he died for nothing, no reason at all. Some HP people don't realize that Lily only liked Snape as a close friend, whereas Snape totally loved Lily. I wonder if Snape could have loved someone else, but also still be somewhat attached to Lily. We miss you Snape, please come back!! *sob* :(
