Thank-you I started 4 previous videos about Ninebot G30 motor removal to simply get a list of needed tools, specifically the size of wrench needed to remove the motor's nuts. It's an 18mm Have A Good-Day...eh!!!

Had same issue this weekend. The part fails due to heat damage of the inner plastic ring becoming brittle. Coolant then leaks past the seal and corrodes the bolts. As the bolts are retained in the plastic housing they are machined with a thinner shoulder on them which is where they then snap upon disassembly. Drill out and re- tap the hole/s. Fit new part.

I purchased a used Segway Max G2 scooter from a seller on Facebook Marketplace, but it’s still linked to the previous owner’s account in the Segway app. Unfortunately, the seller is no longer responding to my messages. The scooter works fine as it is, but I’d like to access the full features, like enabling cruise control, which requires me to link the scooter to my own account. Would replacing the dashboard assembly delink the account, or is there another part I need to replace to reset it? Alternatively, would hacking the scooter be an easier solution to unlock these features? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, my bms is not charging, I followed all the. Tutorial but it does not charge, connect each cable in its place, the battery voltage is under 25 volts, the 10 cells, could that be the problem?

I flashed my BMS and now it wont blink blue again and the scooter wont turn on. I have reset the BMS by clicking and holding the little reset button on the BMS and it blinks red a couple times then a longer red light and then goes off. Have you ever seen this or fixed it? My controller and dash are working and fine but the battery won't power back on since I flashed it.

I spent 3 hours trying to find a solution I put my original controller back inside. I managed to change the serial number but since then error 35 at each restart. I will try something else during the week

I have two G30's and want to convert one to 2WD using the motor & ESC from the other. Will this work with a dual motor design?

@@G30MaxForce because the BMS communicates with the controller via 4-pin cable. If I splice the communication cable from both controllers to one battery, im afraid the battery and/or controller will be confused.

@MikeZ8709 But you can modify one controller in firmware, in order to run it, without communication wires! That's how I would do it!

Hi, please help me. I was using your guide and while replacing the coolant flange, I broke off one of the mounting screws and now the car won’t start. Could this be the reason why the car won’t start? I also disconnected all the plugs but they can’t be connected incorrectly. Also, when I turned on the ignition, there was a strange buzzing sound from the fuse box, but I tightened the screw that holds 2 negative cables and the sound stopped. I don’t know if this could have damaged or blown a fuse. Thank you and please help :/”

Did you sort the issue ? If you did what was the problem ? Did you forget to connect one of the adapters? Did you remove the battery cables before you started the job ? If you didnt disconnect the battery cable off the battery you may have shorted something?

Hello from Germany, I will change my bms from my ninebot f40d. The new bms has the connectors B+, B10,B9,...,B1. Is this the same way to connect, as on the old bms.(B+,...,B-)? Thanks for your help

It is the bms or the battery. You have to check the voltage from BMS and battery with a Multimeter to be sure if you need a new bms or a battery repair!

Check the connection cabel between your bms and controller. Maybe it is not making contact. No need to change controller!

I see a bit of corrosion and spacing on the controller bms jst port, I tried pushing the wire and the port to contact the controller board if there was any spacing, but I am still getting the error, are there any other things to try?

That corrosion could be your problem...I will suggest to take the controller out and clean that port with Contact Cleaner. If still doesn't work...try another Controller.
