Nice mixture Paul. I think I played the demo of Moss but not sure 🤔 Can't go wrong with the Strike series. I picked up nuclear strike years ago for PS1. Really fun one if you haven't already got it. Love those MD cases. £1 for 360 is fantastic. Couple of nice finds. Hope all is well you're end mate 👍

Really weird that i watched The Mummy for the first time today with some friends haha it was great! Those 360 games are nice, I'm a bit of a dynasty warriors fan and 5 empires is actually a good one, you might like it because its just good button mashing fun slaying 1000s whilst having a kinda 'Risk' element of taking over the land. (it plays a lot faster than Risk though thankfully haha)

GT2002 is a class game - it's like Gran Turismo for the Xbox. If I remember rightly, there was a previous version on the Dreamcast called Sega GT and a follow up to this one called Sega GT Online for the Xbox. Again, not confident on this but I think you can even design your own car from scratch. I hate the car boot bargers BTW. When I used to do boot sales myself, I would tell them every game was ridiculous prices until they sodded off, then start selling to actual buyers for normal prices once all the resale vultures had left in a grump.

I'd always share my table with a mate so we could watch each other's stuff, which meant I could quickly chase after the thief and threaten to batter him. His excuse was that he "didn't realise" that he hadn't paid or even asked for a price. Standard for Chirk.

Glad you're enjoying Blood and Truth Paul. Fantastic game. Have you played the original Astro Bot VR for PS4? It's nice that it's now just a normal platformer. But the VR is what really sells that game for me.

Congrats on year 1 year landmark, Paul! Great to see you over 1k as well, you deserve it with the effort you put in and the regularity of the videos. It's one thing watching somebody on YT showing games but it's another entirely when the person clearly has a passion for gaming and you evidently do. Yeah, Re-Loaded I've always struggled with. The reality is that it's nowhere near as good or as atmospheric as the first game. When I think of the PS1, Loaded is one of the games I immediately think of, instantly catapults me back to Christmas '95. The atmosphere, the music, the flashing lights....couldn't believe those lightning effects, I'd never seen anything like that on the 16-bit systems.

I bought my GC, the purple one, on launch with Rogue Squadron 2. Id say, out of all of my collection, the GC was the one i had the foresight to collect for early on and never parted with. All of its big titles, and there were a lot, i have. Only Geist and Chibi Robo set me back a bit a while ago. If i remember correctly it was the Capcom 5. There was RE4, Killer 7, PN 03, Red Dead Revolver and some game with a dragon, i believe, that never materialised anywhere. I also think the reason why GC multi format titles are more expensive is simply because the GC didn't sell as well as the PS2 and Xbox so there's physically less of them printed.

Good watch mate. I think the reason why they haven't brought back Resistance is because Insomniac is too busy with either Spider-Man or Ratchet & Clank. I think they should get someone like Blue Point to remaster the PS3 trilogy to test the waters. I've heard great things about Astro Bot but it's still not enough for me to get a PS5! 😂

Congrats 🎉🎉 I was inspired by your GC vid Picked up a few games back.. both Starfox games.. Zelda WW.. and prime 2.. I exchanged a few years back for my first switch.. can't say I regretted it as.. it led to completing 30 JRPGs on the switch but.. got 2 weeks off and thought they'd be a good pallette cleanser while.. starting my obsession finally with final fantasy vii rebirth ❤ (Only 2 week holiday this year 😅)

I think my best advice to you then, is don't overthink it too much, maybe do a little prep on the games your talking about or playing, but just talk like you're talking to a mate in the room about gaming, just be natural and don't think or worry too much about being overly intricate with what you want to say, keep it simple to start with!

The thing is as well, is you know your stuff, you know the playstation and you know your gaming, you have that genuine passion, so you've got that knowledge behind you and you can be really confident with it. Don't expect too much too soon as well mate, it'll take a few videos for you to find your groove. Looking forward to your debut though mate!

I think that middle ground of doing what you can with what you have works best, not trying so hard to desparately catch up with the big dogs, whilst also having a bit of pride in it so it doesn't look crap! Really cool video and gamecube collection. I never really get into gamecube, I was on PS2 by that time. And now, it's impossible to start a gamecube collection, prices are really too expensive, at least for me now.
