I bought a PB couch 25+ years ago and when I gave it away it still looked decent and was one of the most comfortable couches I have ever owned….and I have bought from EA and Macy’s… I had a cream colored cover and a dog and 4 grand kids. Amazing quality, at least 25 years ago!

Great job. Just a heads up though for others. Depending on your wall, and how many times it was painted over, you may need to go the sanding route. Lot more work. But may be necessary if you don't want wall and sand chipping off...

Watched the video on fabric then update on your sofa ...You're obsessed over your *stuff* more than enjoying your family, Feel bad for your kids and pets , poor things probably afraid to live in their own home which IS theirs too ...and your husband, leave the guy alone lol he works hard all day to come to home to a nagging wife with OCD coming at him because his pants cause pilling ...what a spoiled selfish brat your parents made you , you need to be single in your own material world .

Oh my… you do have a lot of projects going on. It’ll all be worth it once it’s complete. 😅 I’m excited for the kitchen project. That sounds amazing. The half bath looks good. I like the trim color now vs the darker wood. The vintage door you want to get to close off the room I’m not sure about. That looks like a piece that would be great for a pantry door. The room looks nice open and airy. I’m sure whatever you decide will turn out great.

When I bought my first house, my Mother said to try to not hire anyone because I could do a better job. In eleven years, I only only ever called in a plumber once, an HVAC person once and a professional to paint the exterior of the 2 story house once. I did everything else is except mow the lawn because I had to give my hubby one thing to do. People, teach your daughters to use tools. It saves money.

Brittany I just ordered my sofa PB comfort in Dove Heathered Basketweave with downblend on the recommendation of a manager at Pottery Barn . Is that the same as yours? Love your home it is beautiful👏🏻

Hi! I believe the Dove is a Greyish color. Mine is more an off white. Nonetheless it’s going to be so beautiful!
