What should I do when my mind is under attack? I've heard people say that you should pray, plea the blood of Jesus, some even say it's not a time to pray but you speak out. There's a portion of the bible which says "casting down imaginations and every high thing..." How are these imaginations cast down?

Christianity is the only true religion, and I will give 3 reasons why. 1. Every word that Jesus spoke in the bible was the truth. 2. The bible is the only religious book that predicted the future. 3. Christianity is the only religion where you only need to repent and accept God into your life to gain the gift of eternal life. I know i can't force you to accept jesus, but repent now before it's too late.
