@@Byzantophile I guess the ones in sailor moon and such, tho there are many styles in the 90s, but there is the one that is called "90s art style" just maybe a bit bigger eyes darker colors, and noise, and less highlights of shadows, etc

my artstyle is not here, but it's basically making the lines sharp and thick and rather shaping them through erasing instead of getting perfect strokes each time, making the characters appear really cartoony, i love it x3

the 'loli' art really depends on the person. I used to just enjoy drawing cute girls who were my age. Now I draw adults/older teens almost exclusively lol
