@@Descendx well the gas locker location is mostly determined by where you can drill to vent it. You might have to move the locker a bit further away and then run a longer section of pipe to the hob possibly.

Morning, it depends how competent you feel you are, it can be fitted by anyone as you can buy kits online but I would recommend getting a “habitation check” carried out before using the van just to be safe. Thanks for watching.

Hi, so this turns off the interior motion sensor only. It means you can move around in the van while sleeping without setting off the alarm. Should someone try and break in from the outside, the alarm will still go off. Also as soon as you open any door it all automatically resets so both exterior and interior are alarmed again. Yes I would definitely advise using the gas box. These are fully sealed and I have drilled an air vent from the box to the outside of the van, so if the gas leaks then it vents directly outside to avoid inhalation. I hope that makes sense. Thanks Ben.

I’m glad you liked the video. I am afraid I’m not to sure on that one, this is a 5cm topper and the westdubs roof has space for that. I haven’t personally seen a astops up close to see what space is up there when closed. Thanks Ben

How to turn it on guys my alarm is off completely

Awesome, I am glad you liked the video and hope it helps you with your roof. That’s right, the front board isn’t standard, I made this myself as I felt it finished the roof off well. It hides all the canvas and keeps it away from your head when driving. It also means that you get a full length bed up top as it’s covers the hole, helpful when you are a bit taller :) Thanks Ben.

Hi, no problem at all. So the strap is attached to the rear left corner of the box so that it holds the bottle to one side and away from the door. I hope that helps :)

Thank you. So we used a 5cm double size memory foam mattress topper. The roof is slightly smaller than a double so I trimmed a small amount off one edge so it fitted without touching the sides. The westdubs roof is brilliant, cannot fault it.

Thanks for watching! So what you see in the video is the orange flexible hose but before this exits the gas locker it joins to solid copper gas pipe 👍🏼 so should anything happen to the flexible hose it’s contained in the vented gas locker. I hope this makes sense? Cheers.

Hi Tom. The plugs that the pipes go though came with the Jerry cans. These were purchased from jacksons leisure. They also came with a red screw cap to use when carrying across campsites etc so it doesn’t spill. Thanks Ben.
