This was in my top ten shows of all times. I saw them at chain reaction in OC years ago. So wonderful to see how they have continued to kick ASS

From 0:51 to 0:53 with short fills & crashes on cymbals Pau settles into a sumptuous rhythm at 0:54 that has 2 sub sections. She continues it till 1:20 to define the verse. An exquisite example of intellectual drum patterns defining a song in phases. One doesn't need to show off with explosive solos to be a great drummer. Its the subtlety of strokes that shows how good the drummer is. Most people miss that. in any case we have seen a young Pau going crazy on her kit with explosive solos - specially in 2018 Hell & Heaven Festival & 2020 Vive Latino Festival. Intellectualism of The Warning sets them apart from the rest. And if we consider their lyrics with deep metaphors then we have to really go a long way back to find a similar band that has consistently produced profound poetry like the Villarreal sisters, mostly by Pau.

So a few details about Plush from me: PLUSH consists of Moriah Formica (voc, guit), Ashley Suppa (bg, voc), Bella Perron (lead guit, voc) and Faith Powell (drums). The ladies are between 18 and 22 years old and play together in this lineup since August 2022. Their most popular songs are "Hate" (reached #40 on the Billboard charts), "Athena" and "Better Off Alone"; their debut album with 13 songs was released in 2021. Currently, Plush is working on their second album, from which "Left Behind" (last song of the show) was released in advance as a single a week ago. All songs as well as many gigs are available on KZbin. Plush have also released some cover versions, e.g. "Isolation" by Alter Bridge, "Man In The Box" and "Down In The Hole" by Alice In Chains and of course "Barracuda" by Heart, which is also played permanently in the shows.
