2002 and 3 Omg I was blessed to have taken lessons from JIMMY SLYDE, MR SHIM SHAM REED, FRED KELLY, SANDMAN SIMMS, HENRY LETANGE, JASON SAMUELS AND SAVION GLOVER.... The ST LOUIS TAP FEST WAS THE GREATEST! BUT I am so sad I was literally days away from learning from the GREAT GREGORY HINES in NYC but he passed that week....

You are the first modern man that I have seen since 1960 that can adequately tap dance. I didn't think such art was still practiced. Congratulations

My mother had a home studio in Las Vegas and the step brothers would come and rehearse there each week. Maceo taught my mom, brother, sister and I lessons. I remember Maceo teaching me these steps. Thank you for sharing them! I had forgotten the break on the last one. So glad I can finally do the complete step again! I have some fun stories and memories about Maceo . It was a privilege to know him! I remember Maceo brought 3 young dancers to our studio and we would dance together. Cindy and Ivory, but I don't remember the third one. Would you know who this was?

Were you trying to be nice by using the word "negro". Sounded like you had another word in mind. Please explain what you meant by the comment that you made.

Tap is sooo cool. I actually stumbled upon this trying to find another clip from a '93 episode of star search...do you happen to have a clip with a guy named Vic Mignogna singing Worth Waiting For? If so can you send it to me if I give you my email?
