Ich denke auf 25m kann es schon mal zu einer Abweichung im mm Bereich kommen wenn man keinen Laserscanner mit theodolithen verwendet. Aber mit genauen referenzpunkten und präziser Arbeitsweise kommt man auch in den sub mm Bereich. Es gibt dazu ein spannendes Video wie sie das James Webb Space Teleskop gemessen und geprüft haben.
