@@AravindKumar-l4e3b please read your agreement properly what is base date mentioned in your agreement. It may be in clause 19 of your agreement. If this is about current indices/index then see what was said by your agreement . If three month prior to the execution month then follow as " If work done on November then indices taken of August" . Please share the condition of your agreement for more correct answer.

@@shahrukhusmani9641 it's depends. Kuch project cost including GST Hota Hai or kuch project cost excluding GST Hota Hai. Without GST wale project pe bill pe apko GST provide Kiya jate Hai. Jo age Jake client aap se GST jo apne paid Kiya Hai uske proof Mang sakte Hai. Like GSTR1 GST3B e-invoice. With GST wala project pe apko koi extra paisa nehi milega, ha some cases pe before 2021 wala project me GST 12% Hota tha . To uske upar ap 6 % claim kr sakte hai

Agar apko bill wise Alag karna Hai to formula modify krna parega. Or item cod na Dal k Bill number daliye or number k reference pe color daliye . Conditional formating me . And also u have modify the formula which is in the stripchart cells . Agar aap kr sakte to kijiye . If you want a video the Thora wait krna padega . Time nikal na muskil ho raha Hai. I did not understand clearly what u asking, but before submission of IPC you should submit SPS 90 % of work done bill . Before SPS 1st time you have to submit and finalize scope and pro rata of rate calculation as per Payment etc.. schedule
