Now if you heat em up they would be good after that lol but as cheap as they are buy new

Yeah you have to get the better ones. These are from Running’s. The better ones are from Menards.

@Xanders-way i use harbor freight ones they just as good but once plastic gets cold they are super brittle!

Zip ties dry out. They are nylon, which can absorb water or dry out. We keep zip ties in ziplock bags with a moist paper towel. Nothing you can do, though, once you use them, haha

@ that’s what we thought. None of the other zip ties that were the same brand broke so probably a defect.

It's the plain plastic tywraps that get brittle. The nylon ones don't.

How can I work on a place like this? Truly seems like bliss, fully aware of the dangers and technical things that go into a farm, but being out of the city is something Im striving to do
