@gaben181racing it is a crazy one, but those hairpins at the start are crazy fun haha there's one more fairly major cut you can do for two corners before the tarmac section though, as you leave the initial hairpin section, you can launch off the '4 right' jump at the max speed limiter in 4th, then immediately handbrake on jump landing and wheel lock to the left to slide right onto the tarmac to save more time. Well, seems to save me a lot of time haha My sector 1 isn't terrible, but the rest is nuts. I can't carry any speed through these really tight sharp consecutive corners very well like others seem to. How the WR in dry is 4.13 is beyond me haha

Thx man. H Shifter isnt an advantage in this car...sequential gearbox. 32.6 optimum. I have seen that there is a little competition on Südschleife in Group C. 😉 Jump in have fun. I love it.✌️

What you see is my video editing in DaVinci Resolve, combining the hood and the in-game wheel cam. I always drive the hood view, just find it more entertaining if I add the internal wheel cam at the bottom into the video (cropped just the wheel itself to fit in this tight space down on the hood). another bonus: I only use the SHH Thorn as my seq shifter since my Fana WRC's paddles are gone for good (misconnection issues)... just FYI, no paddles, only the real deal ;-)

Thank you ;-) I don't remember how hard was it to get the tyres to temp, but my setup is at the end of the video. Usually it takes a warm-up lap and the second lap is the fastest (for me, and not always). Try the setup and get back to me if it wasn't to your liking. Cheers ;-)

@@MetalSimVR Hey Dominik. It certainly takes a long time to get close to Hamti's time. But he drives the corners almost perfectly, so for a person who drives in several simracing titles at once, it's a waste of time IMO.

@@MetalSimVR hey man, thx and I meant this Super V8 is very unforgiving if driving on the limit, specially on a track like this with the elevation and grip changes, causing a constant challenge to keep it between the walls. I'm not a fan of driving a car with wrong shifting. Must be originally. So it all has to be simulated right. Hey Man, sure, I just tried the car on a very challenging Imola track, here are some thoughts... To my style of driving, steering lock is proper around 21, Rear Downforce decreased to 4, Brakes & Suspension default (for now), and in Drivetrain the Radiator decreased to 50% and the Differential preload to 145 Nm... This latter is very important in order to tame the car's oversteery behaviour and through mid-corner you may apply throttle earlier. Better handling, better acceleration! I'll continue testing, my lap time so far is 23rd of the car's list: you can find my setup there and use it as you please... Cheers, have fun! g.

@dioscaresparza, Pushed it further: now I managed to get a #5 BMW time, mixing my setup with the leader Rocco's settings. It's fairly predictable, but demands some aggressive driving... A video about my 1:41.0 Imola lap time is in the making... cheers, gaben

thx very much @wooyek, you're very kind :-) on FOV, probably it's too wide, you're right, but I never drive this cockpit view, hood view is more fit to my monitor-wheel-seat trio (unfortunately, my monitor is 20 cm behind where it should be, so hood view it is).
