the three point shot has been in the league since the fucking 90s michael jordan shot threes in his prime. shut the fuck up about three point shots ruining the game. if a 3 point shot is worth too many points then and ones shouldnt exist either. you made the basket, you dont need a free throw to add to it. if the three is too many points getting a free throw after making a basket is too much also. media thinking the league is ruining by something thats been there for 30 years are idiots. doesnt matter what people who dont play think about the game. charles barkleys opinions are garbage. athletic enough to get rich playing basketball. not smart enough to do anything else after basketball. barkley never belong on shark tank. dudes half a brain

Luka is a freak and so is Kyrie. Luka is a Bird/Magic hybrid and Kyrie kobe/Iverson hybrid. They have a very good supporting cast now and Luka sets the tone. Nothing else will matter.

You will never see another team in your life time win 73 games go 207-39 in a 3 year span , win 55 straight home games, go 16-1 in the playoffs or go to 5 straight NBA finals! I don't think you people realized what they just watched!!

This dude havent watched the WCF, luka and kyrie were literally the 2 best defenders on the floor for long stretches of the game. Tatun and Brown are 2 chockers, Celtics choach is a bumb, Celtics almost lost some games to a 6th seed Pacers that wouldnt even make the Playoffs if the were in the wester conference, they have the best record in the NBA bc they play on a historicly bad Easter Conference. The Celtics have been a fraud for like 4 years, i dont even know why ppl keep beliving they are wining a chimp. I will actually be surprised if the mavs cant close the series in 5 games.

The series with Boston and Indiana seemed to be high scoring games. Was anybody playing defense?
@StatsLie144 күн бұрын
Its the pace of play. The pacers and celtics were the top 2 offenses and the pacers pace of play was by far the highest in the league. There was defense but because of the pacers style of play it minimizes actual defensive sets and in more transition defense

Whoever thought Rudy Robert was worth 44 million needs to be fired for sure
@davidchang90484 күн бұрын
casuals like you are the reason the media keeps going on extremes instead of having balanced views. Criticizing Rudy Gobert winning DPOY and making money after being scored on during switches on some of the most prolific ball handlers in history is like criticizing shaq for teams sagging on him and fouling him intentionally. Rudy Gobert is one of the most impactful interior defenders of all time and you can't expect him or anyone else in history to guard luka or kai on the perimeter.
@OrangeJungle4 күн бұрын
@@davidchang9048 bro compared him to Shaq😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I saw nothing but easy buckets in the paint ALL series from Luka and kyrie and the mavs big men were eating up offensive boards and getting easy 2s the whole series. Rudy clogs up the paint on offense and has very questionable basketball IQ. I also think he’s got a hero complex because there’s absolutely no reason for him to switch on Luka on that game winning play. Bros a liability on offense and searches for heroic plays on defense that lead to problems for his team. Not worth 44 million
@davidchang90484 күн бұрын
@@OrangeJungle Him switching onto Luka that play was not a hero complex issue. The entire series the wolves threw every pick n roll coverage imaginable and Luka picked apart all of them. The only way to have a chance at stopping it was switching and trying to play really good D. Lively forced the switch really well and Gobert got picked apart on THE PERIMETER. For his size Gobert is a pretty good defender on the perimeter although he obviously cannot guard Luka. Gobert played amazing D this series. The reason the wolves lost is because of horrible and inconsistent play from KAT and Edwards. People have to stop criticizing Gobert because although he's not perfect, he's by far the most consistent star on the team and plays his role well. My comparison to Shaq was to make an analogy between the MVP and the DPOY. Shaq was the MVP in 2000 and he deserved it and his salary. He didn't play on the perimeter and did what he was expected to offensively. Conversely, Gobert is being payed for his interior defense. Saying he didn't play good interior defense means you dont know how the sport works or didn't watch the series.
@StatsLie144 күн бұрын
@@davidchang9048this is some hardcore copium to the worst trade in nba history. Rudy is terrible defending the perimeter and year after year he gets bullied in the playoffs because he cant move and has poor iq. The wolves are paying the mad like a superstar when he is the most one dimensional player in the league. He actively hurts his team on offense.
