He's a beautiful boy. All he needs is love, freedom, play, food and water, exercise and some work to do like obedience work. He is going to be a focused dog not a tortured and mistreated dog, I hope he can find a loving home, although he looks happy at the shelter. The vets would have been a scary place to be in for him straight from his bad life, strange environment with people he does not know or trust as he has never been shown kindness. He is looking better now!
