He is not saying that God has stopped speaking through Prophets or any man of God. But the point he's making is that God is not revealing to anyone about how He should be worship. Because how God wants to be worship is written in the Bible and that revelation is sealed. He is emphasizing on doctrinal point of view and not that he's against the gift of the Holy Spirit and His operations. Those who are claiming to be in the position of God and making people believe that God has revealed to them how He should be worship are all operating outside the will of God. His message has nothing to do with the prophets God is using in this end time.
