Great vid. I'm currently going thru a 'refinish the collection' phase again. Learning different oxidation techniques, depositions, coatings, etc. $200 for a polisher, dremel, compounds and wheels and anyone can do this. If staying polished, I bake all parts in Froglube before reassembly and our desert air hasn't rusted a thing since I started polishing ten years ago.

Are you back on the road now? I got the Whipple stage 2 being put on right now and went with SPD Performance alpha catted Y pipe. They were using 400cell GESI cats in the previous gen, but these new ones are 625cell and SPD says they outflow the previous gen by 90% and are good up to 1200whp.

@@512ThaHardWayI really like it. It sounds amazing with stock headers, running into a side exit MBRP exhaust. When i do headers its going to be too loud though for me, so i’ll have to go with a full length exhaust

But if you’re talking about the ones that don’t go on the catyltic converters you don’t need them for tuning but your check engine light will most likely be on.

@@fatromo7695 I went with the same coolant as the motor but just a different color like a green color that way if it leaks you can distinguish if it’s the motor or the whipple , hope this helps and have a great day !

It depends on the drop but in my opinion a c notch isn’t worth it on a new truck like these , there are alternatives like helper bags that could help from bottoming out
