Hey Ms.Sara, I saw the videos on your channel. Your video content is excellent. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your KZbin Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need Promotion,SEO for your Videos & KZbin channel. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your KZbin Channel?

Hey Guy, It's Borhan here! I'm a huge fan of your "Bold Goal Crushers, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor" KZbin channel. Your content is always top-notch, and I can see the passion and effort you pour into each video. I believe you have incredible potential to reach an even wider audience with a solid KZbin strategy. I would love to schedule a short meeting with you to discuss how I can help you grow your channel faster. This is not a sales call, but an opportunity to share ideas and offer assistance. Let me know if you're interested, and we can find a convenient time to chat. Thanks for your time and for creating such amazing content. Keep up the fantastic work!

So important to understand that it does take much work, but changing the "money mindset" around money is paramount. Thanks for a great talk, Ladies!

I saw thru that many years ago. I had a solid skill, and I made sure to take time for myself. I was service oriented. My schedule was externally driven. But I could tell what was important. I did occasionally work over 40 hours, but that was for REAL mission critical tasks. I enjoyed my evenings and weekends and I guess for that reason I could enjoy my job. One other big trait was I was for all practical purposes immune to work stress. Yes, I could work more than the 40 hours, but I knew that at some point my work quality waned and I could step back and say no more. I also knew what was reasonable/possible for my goals. This is a pretty accurate description of much of my experience of corporate America. Some woupld work those long hours and got less and less done. But you must be good at what you do for this to work. You cannot struggle with the same errors.

Thanks for sharing. I think many people have had this experience in corporate America. But not everyone is able to figure out a way to manage it. Glad you did.

@@boldgoalcrushersOne other comment which is more important than may think. Do not take tasks personally. Absolutely take them seriously. Under many circumstances, you did not create the problem. I very rarely fixed my errors. I put a lot of energy making sure what I did was clean and correct. But when the payroll system fails on payday friday and if it doesn't get fixed people don't get paid MUST BE TREATED SERIOUSLY. I also didn't panic. yes, I actually these words more than once: "Do you want to have that meeting or do you want me to get this fixed." Having and achieving your goals is the way you both succeed in your career and remain sane. AS user who had issues with me had a problem that absolutely needed fixed. He was one for overdiscussin and haveing those pointless meeting where someon got blamed. He came into my office. Before he could go down his rabbit hole I told him: "Your problem is my number 1 priority and I stay 'til it fixed." He left me alone to fix the issue. The issue was caused by a bizzarre software problem. After issue my relationship with the manager changed for the better. If you can help it DON'T MAKE ENEMIES.

Great presentation GiGi. My go to meditation is breating in through my nose for the count of 7 and then breathing out through my mouth for the count of 11. I can do it in the car, in line at the store, or anywhere.

Great message Jeanine. I'm reading a great book about astronaut John Glenn. He's a great example of someone who became a success taking on challenges that he was passionate before he was ready.
