Many of the "Occupiers" have moved out of the city, leaving Philadelphia's homeless to (once again), find their own food. If you decide to feed homeless communities, commit for the long haul instead of bugging out after 6 months like Occupy Philly.

There's an interesting documentary (HBO, I think) called "Risky Drinking" that covers this topic. It shows people dealing with alcohol issues, but also goes into the science that says that alcohol abuse is a spectrum; people tend to think of it in terms of "you're either an alcoholic or you're not", but really it's more complicated than that. That first girl might very well *not* be an alcoholic, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't abuse alcohol or have an unhealthy relationship with it.

Even if binge drinking wouldn't be alcoholism, binge drinking is for your liver just as alcoholism. And you can also be a functioning alcoholic.
